On an early fall day, we headed to Hycroft Manor for a Chapel that overflowed with romance.

6 beautiful couples brought friends and family to the historic venue in Vancouver, to join in the celebration of their new marriage. Wednesday Wedding Co., our Vancouver area partners, executed a Chapel day wrapped in deep red velvet and covered in roses. The decor was pure elegance, and even elevated the already luxurious 1930s mansion. Delicately placed candles added that extra touch of charm and glamour.

Ecorce Flowers provided 6 meticulously arranged bouquets and boutonnieres for our newlyweds to accessorize with. The floral elements of the Chapel decor was also designed and executed by Ecorce, who consistently bring creative and inventive installations to the Chapel.

Young, Hip & Married officiated our 6 beautiful couples through a very important event in their lives, and they did it with such grace and ease. Similarly, Wesley Attew carried the tunes throughout the day, making these special events even more beautiful and personal.

When the ‘I dos‘ were said and done, the couples and their guests enjoyed a toast from Backyard Vineyard and Steam Whistle Brewery, as well as some sweet and savoury treats from our hosts at Hycroft Manor. Le Gateau Bakeshop whipped up 36 picturesque cupcakes for one couple, which were positively scrumptious.

The dynamic duo at Isle & Oak Photography so seamlessly navigated the madness of 6 straight weddings. They utilized the architectural elements and fun decor or the space to create unforgettable portraits for each couple, as well as capturing each and every loved one in the process.

No better way to enter into a new marriage than by doing something good for the community. The couples wed at this Chapel donated to The Trust Fund for Education, created by the University Women’s club. This fund helps marginalized students pursue higher education though bursaries, endowments, and scholarships to nine post-secondary schools in British Columbia.
