CHAPEL RECAP: SEPTEMBER 12, 2019
Can you imaging marrying 20 couples over two days?! The September Pop-Up Chapel was the most epic chapel we have ever held! On September 12th 2019 the Love by Lynzie team geared up for the first of two magical chapels.
The first day was themed around blue skies featuring a stunning hand painted tri-fold backdrop made to look like the brightest blue sky. Hanging above was an incredible floral install created by Kenilworth Floral and featuring fresh hydrangeas made to look like puffy clouds. The aisle was lined with white chiffon fabric and guests took their seats on a modern white bistro chair from Divine Furniture Rental.
With 10 couples walking the aisle, we had 3 fantastic officiants, Juliana Belinko, Jonny Belinko and Leonard Nolasco who guided our couples through their ceremonies so effortlessly. This paired perfectly with the incredibly talented Toronto Jazz Collective who provided live music for each ceremony.
Plus have you seen the dreamy personal florals by Rosehill Blooms, Kenilworth Floral and May Flowers Toronto?! #FloralGoals
After our couples made it official, they enjoyed a toast with our signature cocktail, the ‘Mint To Be”. This cocktail featured 12 Year Old Glenfiddich Whisky and Original Tonica Kombucha. Served by the impeccable staff from Leave It To Us Toronto and created by the spectacular bartenders from the Tipsy Turny Trailer.
One of the focal points of this chapel was the unique mobile bar, Tipsy Turny Trailer that created the signature cocktail and served fresh Henderson’s Lager and Tonica Kombucha on tap. The Tipsy Turny Trailer was decked out in a bubbly white balloon install and matching florals. Plus all of our chapel signage was cut into custom cloud shapes and hand lettered by Anelo Calligraphy.
As guests mingled, they enjoyed bites from Drake Catering and freshly spun cotton candy. After their time in the chapel concluded they went on their portrait session with one of three stellar photographers, Alicia Thurston Photography, Rachel Hunt Photography and Rita Kravchuk.
Needless to say, this chapel was totally magical! We had over 30 vendors and sponsors who helped to make this day special for each and every couple. We are also so happy to announce that we raised $3000 for the local charity, Fetch and Releash. Keep scrolling to see some highlights and stunning shots of our couples from the day!
