For seven years, The Pop-Up Chapel has been dedicated to elopements, offering a more stylish alternative to City Hall. Our standard ceremonies last 1-2 hours, allowing us to host up to 10 weddings in a single day. The Chapel was designed to bridge the gap in the wedding industry, providing a middle ground between eloping in secret and spending your life savings on a single night. Over the years, we've seen how our Chapel resonates with many couples, and we’re eager to reach even more.

In January, we launched our new and improved Chapel offering: Co.Wed! The Co.Wed Package includes all the standard features of a Chapel—such as photography, planning, music, and florals—but with exciting added benefits. Instead of just one hour, you’ll enjoy 4 hours in the Chapel, giving you plenty of time for speeches, dancing, group photos, food, and quality time with your favourite people. Plus, the Co.Wed accommodates 50-75 guests, compared to the usual 20-30 in our standard Chapel. Now THAT’S a party!

Incorporating food into the Chapel has always been challenging due to time and budget constraints. However, with the Co.Wed package, we can offer a variety of fare for you and your guests. This package includes a full grazing table, freshly prepared on-site, along with a classic 6-inch cutting cake, cupcakes, and an open bar. We also provide customizable passed appetizers tailored to your preferences. You’re a vegetarian? No problem! Concerned about guest dietary restrictions? We've got you covered. The Co.Wed package offers the most customization of any option available.

This offering also includes a full menu of add-ons, such as live streaming, videography, live cocktail hour music, extra florals, and extended photography. On September 13th, we celebrated Sylvia and Sergei with our very first Co.Wed Chapel. They enjoyed dancing, light bites, and live music with 45 of their closest friends and family. Their siblings gave heartfelt speeches, and the night concluded with a bouquet toss—Sylvia’s mum caught it!

The decor is arguably the most exciting aspect of the Co.Wed experience. With a standard Pop-Up Chapel package, the decor remains a surprise. However, when you book a Co.Wed, you’ll get to preview your design in advance—and you might even have the chance to choose it! That’s right: the first couple to book for a specific Co.Wed date can select their design from our catalogue of four pre-fabricated options. These designs come from our popular past Pop-Up Chapels but are enhanced with additional seating, florals, and personalized embellishments.

On September 13, Sylvia and Sergei selected our Cherry Bomb design, the most romantic option available. It featured oversized bows, florals in various shades of red, and natural wood accents. Each year, we will update and refresh our design options. For 2025, we already have one design chosen. On October 3, we’ll be showcasing our Mac N’ Bo theme as the decor.
