The Pop-Up Chapel Co. has disrupted the wedding industry, and this is how we did that!
As the originators of The Pop-Up Chapel, we created a unique and revolutionary concept that has disrupted the wedding industry in many ways. The Chapel is an innovative approach to all-inclusive weddings that is made for couples who want a bit more than a city hall wedding. It is designed to offer couples an affordable and hassle-free alternative to a traditional wedding while still being beautiful and incorporating traditional wedding elements. We realized there was a gap in the wedding industry, where couples had to choose between big traditional weddings and city hall elopements. The Pop-Up Chapel was our answer to this white space!

Affordable & Stress Free
The Pop-Up Chapel offers an affordable and accessible option for couples who want to get married without breaking the bank. The all inclusive package includes everything from the venue, officiant, flowers, and music, to photography, light bites, and even a 45 min reception. The cost? Less than $5k!
Budgeting is a big part of wedding planning, but sometimes it can feel overwhelming! The cost can quickly add up when you start thinking about venue rental fees, catering, decor, and other expenses. The Pop-Up Chapel provides our couples with an affordable wedding planning service, without compromising on the quality of the wedding itself. The best part? We manage all the details for you! Our goal is to allow our couples to budget towards other important milestones, such as a honeymoon, traveling or buying a house. Your special day should be stress free, and we’re here to make that happen!

Eco-Friendly & Sustainable
Most people don’t think about the amount of waste one wedding can create. From the backdrop and florals to the utensils, all of those materials are used once and tossed after. We made it our mission to change that! Our Chapel set ups are built to create the least amount of waste possible, using repurposed materials and upcycled supplies. The backdrop and the decor that could be used for one couple is used for up to 10 couples! The materials are chosen for their low environmental impact and can be reused or repurposed after the Chapel is complete.
The Pop-Up Chapel is a sustainable and eco-friendly option for couples looking to get married and who want to promote environmental responsibility on their special day. This is a perfect way to start your journey together, looking out for the planet!

Giving Back To The Community
Since we started back in 2017, for every Chapel we have done, we have paired up with local Canadian charities and nonprofit organizations to give back to the community and promote social good. For each couple married at The Pop-Up Chapel, we donate $300 to a charity partner on the couples’ behalf. To date, we have married over 450 couples, which means we have donated more than $150,000 in support of our community to charities including One Tree Planted, The Awesome Music Project, Fetch and Releash, Dawson and Frankie Evans Memorial Fund, and SO many more! This is something we are incredibly proud of.
Our goal is to create community growth, and by partnering with charities and nonprofit organizations, we are able to use our couples’ unique wedding experience to bring people together and make a difference in the world. This is the most beautiful way for couples to start their lives together!

We have designed the Chapel space to be a safe and welcoming space for all couples, regardless of their background, religions, ethnicity, beliefs, or sexual orientation. We believe that love is love and everyone deserves their special day.
Non-denominational ceremonies - We welcome couples of all faiths, or no faith at all. This creates an environment where all couples feel welcomed and valued, regardless of their religious beliefs.
2SLGBTQ+ Friendly - We welcome ALL couples to get married at the Chapel. We have created a space where all couples feel accepted and celebrated.
Accessibility - Our Chapels are designed to be accessible to all couples. We ensure accessibility and features to ensure that all couples and their family and friends can participate fully in their wedding celebration.
Make Your Ceremony Yours - The Pop-Up Chapel welcomes all backgrounds and beliefs and we want your wedding to reflect you unique love story, cultural heritage, and personal preferences.

We know planning a wedding can be time consuming and stressful. But it doesn’t have to be! The Pop-Up Chapel wants your entire wedding journey to be stress free. When we noticed a trend in current generations opting out of having a beautiful wedding celebration due to the stress that comes with it… we were ready to change that!
We take care of EVERYTHING for you. The Pop-Up Chapel eliminates the need for couples to coordinate with multiple vendors, plan decor or decide on food. We make the planning process simpler for you - all you have to do is show up and enjoy. Our goal is for couples to focus on the important aspects of their special day, such as their commitment to each other and their celebration with loved ones. Leave the nitty gritty stuff to us!
