Elopements have become an increasingly popular alternative to traditional weddings in recent years. When you say elopement, most people think of city hall weddings, BUT The Pop-Up Chapel is here to change that! When we noticed a gap in the wedding industry between the big traditional wedding and the city hall elopement, we were determined to come up with the perfect affordable solution. Let’s go through how The Pop-Up Chapel Co. works and how YOU can customize YOUR experience.
The Chapel Package
We created a perfectly designed all inclusive wedding package that has everything you need to elope. Here’s what’s included:
1 Hour Time Slot in the Chapel - A thorough 15 minute ceremony followed by a celebratory 45 minute reception in the Chapel for you and your guests!
Venue - The top venues in your city for you to get married in and enjoy with friends and family!
Decor - Our design team is the most creative you’ll find. Each Chapel has a unique one-of-a-kind design that acts as the perfect backdrop and setting for your big day!
20 Guests - The basic Chapel package includes 20 guests for you to invite and enjoy! The small and intimate elopement you’ve dreamed of! Have more than 20 guests? No problem! Let’s chat about our Party Spot Package where you can invite up to 50 guests!
Officiant - To make it official! Our officiants are experts in the industry ensuring professionalism and personalization for every wedding ceremony.
Photographer & Portrait Session - Only the best of the best shoot for The Pop-Up Chapel! Our photographers are hand picked by our team ensuring that your wedding photos are timeless. With the Chapel package you also get a 30 minute portrait session after your 1 hour in the Chapel for you and your partner to capture those intimate one on one shots!
Florals - Extra talented florists that go above and beyond for the perfect arrangements. Your bouquet/bout will be done with blooming and fresh flowers for your special day!
Live Music - The best musicians serenading you on your wedding when you walk down the aisle, creating a magical moment as you walk down the aisle to say “I Do”!
A Toast and Light Bites - Delicious snacks for you and your party to enjoy during your reception and a drink per guest for a beautiful toast to celebrate the newlyweds!
Charity Donation - On the couple’s behalf, The Pop-Up Chapel Co. will make a $300 donation for the charity partnered for the Chapel date. This is our way to help the community!

Customizing Your Chapel Experience
The Pop-Up Chapel Co. wants your wedding experience to be authentically yours. That’s why we created add-ons for you to personalize your Chapel!
Extra guests - If the 20 guests is not enough, you can add an extra 10 guests to your party. The more the merrier!
Food & Beverage Add-Ons - You can add a 6” cake, charcuterie boxes, cupcakes, and open bar for you and your guests to enjoy. This add-on is perfect for you if you want to elevate your reception and provide a sweet touch for your wedding guest!
Florals Add-Ons - If there’s someone in your wedding party that you would like to highlight or give a gift, a floral add-on is a perfect sentiment for them! Add a bout, a bouquet, a corsage or a flower crown for your special ones. Check out our favourite florals of 2022 HERE!
Floral Inspo - For your personals florals, that being bouquet/bout (or two of each), all couples have the option to provide inspiration pictures of what you want your florals to look like. Our team will make sure to send those images to our florists and they will do their very best to meet your needs and match your personal style!
Music Add-On - You can add live cocktail music for your 45 min reception if you want to create a perfect celebratory atmosphere for the reception!
Processional Song - You can personalize your processional by picking your song! Our team provides 8 options of classic wedding songs that you can pick for the live musicians to play as you walk down the aisle. If your dream song is not on our list, you can provide us with the name of the song and a link to Spotify and we will play the song via the in house sound system!
Media Add-Ons - The videography and live streaming are for you if you want extra footage of your wedding. Photos are great, but they can only capture a moment in time. With the videography add-on, you can relive the emotions, and sounds of your special day. Live Streaming is the perfect add-on if you have someone who can’t attend in person - this is the best way to keep them included in the wedding day!
First Dance - We LOVE when couples have a first dance - it’s an emotional and beautiful moment that will never be forgotten by you and your guests! If you would like to have a first dance, you can let our team know and what song you'd like and we will take it off your hands.
Vows - We provide you 4 choices of vows for you to pick from, including non-denominational, traditional, modern, and recite your own vows. This gives you the flexibility to choose what matches your style and allows you to get as personalized as you like!
Personal Traditions and Religious Beliefs - The entire Pop-Up Chapel team believes in an inclusive wedding - that’s why our team tries to accommodate any wedding traditions and religious ceremonies that you would like to include in your wedding. We believe in a respectful and loving environment, ensuring all beliefs are welcome!

Keep the party going!
If you want to keep the party going, we have the perfect add-ons for you!
1 Extra Hour in the Chapel - If you would want the basic package but with an extra hour in the space, this is the right add-on for you. You can enjoy the beautiful space with your guests for even longer!
The Late Night Party Spot - The Party Spot includes everything in the standard Chapel package, plus an additional hour in the Chapel, open bar, live music for the reception, and you have the option to add charcuterie platters and invite up to 50 guests in your Chapel! The Party Spot is only available for the 8pm time slot until 10pm. This is the perfect add-on for you if you are looking for the mix of elopement and an afterparty for your wedding!
