Our latest Pop-Up Wedding Chapel was absolutely the most intense chapel yet with a total of 11 couples tying the knot. It took place at the always beautiful Evergreen Brickworks on September 16th, 2018.

With the charity of choice being The Evergreen Children’s Garden our vendors set out to keep this chapel completely eco-friendly with foraged and locally grown florals, decor that was made from found and thrifted items, and food and sweets made from locally sourced ingredients.

Our ceremony backdrop was definitely the prize of the chapel! From afar it was a mesmerizing collage of silver, adorned with florals and twinkling lights. But up-close you could see it was made from over 300 pieces of reclaimed vintage cutlery sourced from second hand stores across Toronto. This thrifted vibe spread across the 12ft sweets table and our chapel signage in many forms. A burnt orange retro tv, rolling pins, old suitcases, tool boxes and radios. Even the vessels for our florals were made from recycled pop cans painted to match our sultry colour palette. Each couple got to take photos in our glowing reclaimed lamp shade lounge and with our classic chapel marquee sign.

We could not be more humbled by all of the support from our amazing vendors and all 11 couples that took part in this chapel. We are happy to announce that we raised $3850 for the Evergreen Children’s Garden! This brings our total donation up to $16,000 for charities across Toronto. WOW!
