Our August 5th Chapel started with 12 beautiful fiancés, and finished with 6 happily married couples! We loved being able to host an intimate Chapel for our Hamilton community, and we are still daydreaming over our boho design courtesy of Day of Creative. We partnered with The Art Gallery of Hamilton, and donated $1800 to help them with their community initiatives, as well as supporting the gallery and it’s artworks so that the community is always able to access and learn through art. The Art Gallery of Hamilton prides itself on its long-standing commitment to the preservation and promotion of the arts and education in the community. We love that our couples were able to appreciate the various artworks during their time at the Chapel, and use their love to help preserve these artworks for hundreds more to see!

This half-moon inspired backdrop with vibrant yellow and pink florals and lush greenery by Evy Rose created a flower garden inspired backdrop which was a perfect combination with the artistic mood from the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Creative and aesthetically beautiful pictures of our couples were taken by Rae Connell and Storybook Captured (Liz Vdov), and both captured special moments in the bohemian inspired lounge with a fresh crawling greenery, and a unique accent rug that made the Chapel space pop with colour!

With amazing vocals and guitar, Yours Truly brought all the good vibes with incredible music and beautiful melodies, creating a calming ambiance with Reverend Audra Jacombs who’s soothing voice and wise words officiated 6 happy couples.

The reception was the perfect moment for couples and guests to celebrate together after an emotional and cheerful ceremony. Couples and guests got to enjoy quenching drinks by Fresh Wines, Steam Whistle Beer and Viveau, sweet and savoury light bites by Courage Cookies and Purplesful Popcorn and delicious cakes by Kwento at this summery garden themed Chapel, the perfect way to celebrate the newlyweds!

For this Chapel, we hosted our Instagram elopement giveaway winners! This lucky couple not only won a free Chapel spot, but they also received a complimentary sweet 6” cake from Kwento, a delicious goodie box from Courage Cookies, and the newest ciders from Fresh Wines. We were so happy to have Graeme and Leigh celebrating this special moment with the Chapel, and we hope they enjoyed the amazing treats from our incredible partners!
